Hello everybody,
I hope everybody is OK .Week two has just started and we have already started to some important things such as the difference between simple past and present perfect .Today we just had a little introduction to present perfect tense. Since there's no present perfect tense in Turkish ,we should be really careful about it. Tomorow we are going to focus on present perfect more and do many exercises about it .
Best wishes my little bloggers:)

Merhaba, Mrs. Yilmaz and students!
I've just finished looking at all parts of your class blog, and I've also looked at each of your individual blogs. I think you're going to enjoy studying English with Mrs. Yilmaz! She's already provided you with some excellent materials, and I know that she's very enthusiastic and creative, so I think you'll have a very good time together and that you'll learn a lot.
I've never visited Turkey, but I'd love to. Maybe someday I will (insh'allah)!
I especially enjoyed seeing the photos of your class and of Bahçeşehir University. I also enjoyed the photos and graphics that I saw in some of your blogs. Many of the student blogs also mentioned the Cevahir Mall and made me want to visit it! It made me think of the Mall of America, which I visited about five years ago.

I wish you all the very, very best!

My dear students,
As you see many people from all over the world visit and check our class blog and everybody's blogs such as Dennis and Ali. It is really great to see that. I hope everybody in the class creates a blog and be a part of our blog!
Best wishes

Just a funny anecdote to give you a 2-minute break...
Once I had a student who was often absent, and didn't do any homework... :-( At his final written exam, one of the requirements was to write a "sentence in context" using present perfect... (The examiner wanted the students to show understanding of the meaning conveyed by this tense, you see?). He wrote:
I have a job in a radio. It's perfect!
As you can imagine, he got no marks for his "perfect present"! 8-P!
True, I swear!
